If you'd like to reserve a commission, but don't have everything you need just yet, please let me know! I should be able to do so, so long as I don't have too much piled up. I'll let you know how many commissions I have lined up so I can give a better estimate of the turnaround time when the time comes!

Up to 6 edits can be requested throughout the commissioning process - 3 after the sketch, 2 after flat coloring, and 1 after the piece is complete.

If you don't receive any updates or explanations within 1 month of purchase, you are entitled to a full refund. If you think I may have forgotten about your commission - don't hesitate to reach out!

I require a non-negotiable up-front payment of 50% before starting on your commission, and 50% after the final sketch!

Using my art for commercial purposes, such as for character design or merchandise, will require a 10% royalty rate of the product's wholesale price.

I take payments through Paypal, Cash App, and Ko-fi!

I reserve the right to deny any commission that makes me feel uncomfortable or unsafe.

I do not consent to my art being used as NFTs or to feed AI algorithms.

Do not take credit for my artwork or claim it as your own.

This is a digital product, and all products will be created and delivered digitally.

I reserve the right to cancel the order at any time, so long as I provide a full refund.

I will negotiate using my work for commercial purposes!

A randomizer website will be used to determine your prize, all of which have an even drop rate.

Characters will be sent through Toyhouse. For those without a Toyhouse account, they will be sent through Discord alongside a statement of consent and terms of service, and the characters' page will be privated.

By default, I will reach out to you by email in order to inform you of your prize, but if you have a preferred method of contact, please leave it in the notes!

If you do not respond to the character claim up to 1 hour before SAHcon ends, or if you forfeit the character and choose not to reroll, your purchase will be fully refunded, and you will not receive the character on Toyhouse.

Please do not claim my art as your own, or resell your character(s) at a higher price than the initial transaction!

You are free to be as open as you want when crediting me for the art & design, but do not have to credit me when it is not required.

Any and all edits are permitted, including, but not limited to: gender, color palette, outfit, horn shape, and accessories. Names, pronouns, classpect and signs will be determined by the player.
